Halloween in Phuket: balloon decor, prices and lead times
In short: Halloween 2026 falls on Saturday, 31 October. A black, orange or purple latex balloon with helium costs 60 baht, a 32-inch foil figure 550, a photo zone at your venue from 6,000 baht. Book sets 3-5 days ahead and a photo zone or arch a week ahead. Delivery across Phuket from 100 baht.
When to order for 31 October
| What | Book by |
|---|---|
| Arch or photo zone at a villa or restaurant | 24 October, a week ahead |
| Sets, garlands, figures | 26-28 October, 3-5 days ahead |
| A balloon bouquet from stock | same day is fine |
| Balloon delivery | on the day, 31 October, 9:30-19:00 |
Which colours to choose
The Halloween base is black and orange. Add purple for a spooky feel, or gold if the party is for adults and should look more expensive. Three colours are enough: the garland is built from them and sets the background, and foil figures add the accents.
For kids, move the palette towards bright orange with white and pick cute figures. For adults, go deep purple and black with gold, no cartoons.

Ideas by zone
Entrance and photo zone. A full or half garland arch at the door and a couple of large figures: guests take photos straight away while costumes are fresh.
Table. Low balloon arrangements in the party palette, candles and matching tableware. Put tall bunches at the edges so they do not block conversation.
Pool. Near water foil works better than latex because it holds its shape longer. Place balloons on weights around the edge, not over the water.
Ceiling. Helium balloons with long black ribbons give depth even to a plain room.
How long balloons last in the heat
In the Phuket climate latex balloons last 10-24 hours, foil figures and Bubbles 2-3 days, confetti balloons 6-10 hours. We treat all latex with Hi-Float at no charge. Direct sun and an open terrace during the day shorten that, so set up the outdoor zone closer to the evening.
Checklist
A week before: palette, list of zones, book the photo zone or arch. 3-5 days before: order figures, garland and balloons, confirm address and delivery time. The day before: candles, sweets, playlist. On the day: delivery and set-up 2-3 hours before guests arrive.
