How long do the balloons stay up?
We treat every latex balloon with Hi-Float for free, which extends the float time. Phuket is hot and humid, though, so the rough guide is: latex balloons 10-24 hours, foil 2-3 days, confetti balloons 6-10 hours, a large Bubble balloon 2-3 days. We recommend booking delivery for the day of the event and keeping the balloons in a cool room, away from direct sun, air conditioning and heaters.
Can I order for today?
Yes, we take same-day orders. We deliver daily 09:30-19:00. Early delivery from 8:00 is arranged separately. The earlier you write, the calmer we can put the set together.
How much is delivery?
The island is split into 9 zones from our shop in Chalong: from 100 THB nearby to 1,200 THB in the north. The minimum order for delivery is 1 000 THB. The fee covers one courier trip and can change in high season, so the manager confirms the exact amount.
Can I pick the order up myself?
Yes, pickup from our shop in Chalong is free. Address: 45/27 Moo 10, Chao Fah Rd, Chalong, Phuket 83130. Open daily 09:00-19:00. There is no minimum order for pickup.
How do I pay?
PromptPay, bank card or transfer, whichever suits you. We confirm payment before the courier leaves and send a photo of the finished set.
Can you make a set from my reference photo?
Of course. Send a photo or a link on WhatsApp and we will build something close from what is in stock and quote you. Or build the set yourself in the builder on this site, where the price updates as you go.
Do you deliver to hotels, villas and yachts?
Yes, that is a large part of what we do. For a hotel we need the guest name and room number, for a villa or yacht the meeting point and time. On location we set everything up, and by arrangement we take it down after the party.
What languages do you speak?
Russian, English and Thai. For someone here for two weeks without the language, that often matters more than price.
