This policy explains what data we receive from you on partyparty.store and in our conversations, why we need it and what you can do about it. We operate in Thailand and follow the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Who we are

What we collect
Data you give us yourself: name, phone number, delivery address, date and time of the event, styling preferences. We receive it when you message us on WhatsApp, fill in the quick picker or talk to the assistant on the site. Technical data: anonymised visit statistics - pages, device, referral source, approximate region. We do not collect card details: payment happens on the bank's or the payment provider's side.
Why we use it
To accept and fulfil your order, deliver it to the right address at the right time, answer your question and, if needed, return to the details of that order later. Anonymised statistics are used only to understand which parts of the site are useful and which are not.
Who we share it with
The courier or driver - the recipient's address and phone, delivery is impossible without it. The hotel or villa - guest name and room number, if that is where the order goes. Analytics providers, in anonymised form. We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for advertising.
Analytics and cookies
The site may use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity. These services set cookies and help us understand how visitors use the site. We ask for consent on your first visit; if you decline, the analytics scripts are not loaded and the site keeps working in full. You can withdraw consent by clearing site data in your browser.
How long we keep it
Conversations and order data - up to two years, so we can return to a past order or confirm what was agreed. Anonymised statistics - per the rules of the relevant service. On request we will delete your data sooner.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, withdraw consent or ask for deletion. Write to starpartychalong@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp and we will respond within 30 days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may contact Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes apply only to future contacts: anything you sent earlier is handled under the rules that applied at that time.
